In collaboration with the French society of rehabilitation medicine (SOFMER),
we organize an international scientific congress in Aix-les-Bains* (France)
from March 22th (Tuesday) to 26th (Saturday) in 2011. This congress, entitled
"Scientific Testing of Orthotic Devices", is aimed to gather scientists,
manufacturers and prescribers. This congress will be composed of conferences,
brief oral communications, poster presentations and round tables about clinical
evaluation of specific medical devices (as corsets, lumbar belts, orthotic insoles,
and ankle, ankle-foot or knee orthosis). You can submit an abstract (200 words)
for oral (20 min questions included) or poster communication before the 31th July
2010. A simultaneous translation French/English will be provided. All accepted
abstract in English will be published in  “American Journal of Physical Medicine
& Rehabilitation”. The abstracts in French will be only published in the journal of
congress. For better communication, it's possible to send both.
